Positive experience. The delivery took a while but they arrived when they said they would and outside their advertised area for delivery. Logs burn very well. No spitting. Would buy again. Very pleased.

Great logs! Delivered exactly as promised the day after I ordered them by a really friendly guy. They are great on my open fire - burning really well and absolutely no spitting. I will definitely use GNL again.
great logs, properly dried and split to good sizes, delivered quickly even in snow.
Delivered very promptly but logs not the best I have had, not sure they have been seasoned long enough,they smoke a lot and sometimes wont even light, disappointing. The following day great customer service from Rob he phoned as soon as he saw the review and refunded my money straight away with an explanation regarding the logs, I will certainly give him another try, after this kind of service he deserves it.
Excellent, efficient and friendly local service. Great logs that burn well and are cut to the perfect size for a wood burner. Highly recommended!
