Nice place to live. Don’t rent the flat with HOME MADE agency, we make a offer to landlord to paint a walls in bedroom by the landlord, the agency answered that landlord agree us to paint a walls... we say that we are not agree with that, and we wouldn’t process with our tenancy, because this is not what we asking for. Agency said that unfortunately they can not return our holding deposit!!! We have no signed any Tenancy Agreement, nothing, is just was made a offer to landlord.
