Would give 0 stars if I could. Twice now I’ve waited over an hour on the phone to speak to someone. Even when it was my turn, the phone rang repeatedly for minutes and no one answered. Absolutely disappointed with the level of service.

Waited 45 min to get through a nurse, she is clearly overwhelmed and has too much on her hands as she did not listen to anything I said. She rushed through the call and her response was: its unlikely - is this the level of medical advice you find acceptable to give to your patients ? Based on what ? The sound of my voice? Refused to provide any assistance. Condensending attitude overall. Did not offer any advice but focus was on making me feel stupid. If I call you its because I'm looking for expert medical advice. Otherwise Google can do a much better job than you did !

Overall my experience was bad because of the very rude receptionnist! It was my first time coming here so I was confused on what to do and she made fun of me instead of helping me in any way. She didn't explained me what I had to do from the beginning and then I heard her explaining to another girl I was wearing a mask from the beginning so I don't understand what would be the reasons for being that rude!! Thanks god, I don't have to go there again. It's a shame because the nurse that I had on the phone for my pre appointment and the nurse I saw there were both really lovely! (hence an extra star for them)

I have had it with this clinic with the receptionist lack of manners. I had an appointment today which I was in time for, stood outside and called the number to let them know was outside the phone was disengaged. (Asked one of the patients outside and they said they have tried like 7 times and line wasn't going through. As soon as it went through the lady (black curly hair, Caucasian wearing a red top) told her I have an appointment. With attitude says that am late I should rebook AFTER WAITING 2 MONTHS FOR THESE APPOINTMENT CONSIDERING THE PAIN HAVE BEEN IN FOR MONTHS NOW. Told her have been standing her for some time and she said that the phone hasn't been disengaged and more over I should have been there on time which I was. She then added to say that I should haven't come late anyway (which I wasn't and late). I asked her if I could speak to the doctor and she said she is having an app with a patient ( how is that possible if that is my time slot that she will be seeing another patient in 5mins). My procedure was going to be more than 5mins. I clearly had a letter with a time, how did they manage to book some else. I call the number then to rebook \u200d️and my calls kept being ignored and hanged up on the phone (which felt was deliberate) I LEFT IN TEARS AND FRUSTRATION IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO MY HEALTH AM BLAMING YOU.
