One of the worst reception service I have encountered. Receptionist name Amy is always very rude whenever I call. She always sounds irritated whenever I call. It’s like she doesn’t want to talk to people. If this is the issue then just change your job but don’t be rude to people and ruin the reputation of the surgery. I was ignoring this for long but finally I had to write this review. There is another very nice lady on reception named Christine but this lady named Amy is always fighting over the phone with patients no matter what. She probably need to take customer service courses. Practice manager and CQC must do something about it they can’t let the surgery operate like this. Also I know few more patients from the surgery who had same experience with Amy.

They never pickup the phone i have called it least 10 times and the blond receptionist lady is very rude, they should close this surgery.

I agree with the other 1 star reviews in that this is the worst surgery I have ever been to. I recently moved to the area and although this surgery had terrible reviews, I still signed up because of the convenience of it being so close. But the waiting times are ridiculous. I have had to wait 2 hours for an appointment and when called in, the doctor laughingly apologised for the wait. The reception staff are nice but waiting times is just not good enough.
