There are too many good things to say about this lady - she was amazing! I was introduced to Cheryl by my mentor at the time whilst searching for my new role in London. I was told she was brilliant and I honestly don't know what I would have done without her by my side! Cheryl really took the time to get to know me, what I wanted, my career goals and what made me tick. She was always there to help me prepare but also take on/resolve my worries and doubts at every stage. Even now, a year later, she stays in touch and I love hearing from her. positive experience of both having used their services over my career and having used their services to recruit staff for organisations I worked for. They focus heavily on getting to understand you as a candidate, your career aspirations and long term objectives. Will not put you forward for a role unless they have met you in person and brief you clearly on the company and roles. This is equally why I used them to resource staff for companies I worked for, candidates were screened, well informed and the process was always professionally managed. Clear feedback on candidates was always expected and clarity on the recruitment process. They represent their candidates well and equally this means as a client you use your valuable time to see those rightly matched candidates and ultimately the ratio to offer is significant.
I covered a maternity leave post at GSR2R and had a really positive experience. The whole team were so helpful and welcoming and really made me feel part of the team instantly. I felt valued - which is unusual for temp work in my experience! Before starting, I also received comprehensive training with the person I was covering, and was given a detailed manual for the role - I haven't had this in any other temp post! I don't often bother to write reviews but I felt this company warranted one!! I would happily work for them again!
