I had reservations about going down the transplant route, surgery just seemed a bit extreme. It's been 18 months and it was the best idea I've ever had. Standard of service is very high, and Minoxidil products seem to be doing the job! Although I'm yet to have any significant hair regrowth, my hair loss has definitely slowed/stopped within the first year of using it. Delivery of products is quick and I will continue to order from them in future. Rob at customer services is attentive, quick to reply and very helpful.
