The gift hamper was perfect. It came in a beautifully decorated box. Mr. Pravin was great, he answered all my questions and was very prompt with his replies. I would order from them again.
My parents were thrilled to receive the Gourmet Whisky Hamper! It was ordered on a Friday afternoon and arrived promptly on first working day, Monday. My family sent it as a house warming present to them during lockdown, when we were unable to visit. Very impressed with the whole service!
Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a champagne hamper for my dad’s 60th birthday & the hamper was not as described... the only thing correct was the champagne. The items although claimed to be delivered in a lovely wicker hamper, were in fact delivered in a Christmas box... in May!! None of the items listed were actually in the hamper (which I’d picked specifically due to the flavours etc of the items) and the gift message was unreadable. On requesting a partial refund due to the fact the champagne was ok & knowing I would be unable to send the products back (as it got delivered straight to my dad & I only realised a few days later that so much was wrong) i was offered 10 which I declined... the hamper was worth around 70, i then stopped hearing from this company & had to lodge a complaint through paypal. Honestly the worst customer service i have experienced.
Loved the products, excellent service provided & received from the team at London Hampers, will use again.
Ordered and arrived within the 24 hours specified time! Now have one surprised grand-daughter!!
