I signed a lease with never seeing the property as I was moving from abroad. The posting indicated there was access to a garden - there was only one picture of a garden included within the photographs. I wrote in my contract that my offer is based on having access to the garden. When I moved in, it turns out I had access to a separate garden - essentially a mudpit. Hamptons response - I should have confirmed that the garden pictured is the garden I have access to. Should I confirm that the bedroom pictured is also the bedroomsI have access to? Their posting was incredibly misleading and they have shown zero remorse in my dealings with them, particularly Oliver Brooks.
