Absolute joke. I had booked an appointment for a blood test on Friday and was told to fast for 6 hours which I did. Typically my veins are quite hard to find but I thought surely, this is Harley street and am paying 200, they must have the best of the best. So after driving 2 hours from Kent into congestion charge the doctor says to me oh I am nervous because you said it is typically hard to find your vein! I mean you are a doctor! How can you be nervous and telling me this. I could tell she was not experienced or good. She could not find the vein after attempting once and then getting scared. She asked the nurse to try and she again tried twice and could not find a vein. They said they have more specialists in their nearby lab who probably would have been able to take my blood but they have gone home! This place avoid for serious health concerns and use our beloved NHS. These jokers are useless.

I received simply mind-blowing service from this clinic when I went to them to receive a COVID-19 antibody test. First of all, they were offering the test at a third of the price asked by pretty much all the other private clinics in London, and NHS members would have an additional 50% discount. I could quickly book an appointment online and get a visit one or two days later. The clinic is nice and welcoming, with two competent receptionists: after a short wait a really nice nurse explained to me the various aspects related to the test and applied it to me. 15 minutes later I had a positive result for IgG antibodies, although the result line was a bit faint. The nurse assured me that this still meant I was positive to antibodies, but I was still somewhat dubious, so after going online for answers and getting confused by differing opinions, I wrote to the clinic to get a confirmation. The clinic director went to absolutely unprecedented lengths to reassure me, indicating me the brand of the tests they used, the accuracy rate that had been measured, and confirming the fact that a faint result was still a result. He didn't stop there, though, and invited me for a retest a few weeks later for piece of mind: in the meantime the test accuracy had been also certified by the Pasteur institute in Paris. I was tested by a different nurse who was also extremely nice and professional, clearly caring about myself not being scared by the needle and engaging in pleasant chat to distract me.

I had my Covid PCR test here this morning and was really impressed. The whole process was simple, safe, quick and professional. I called up first to ask questions about the test and the lady on the phone was friendly and informative. I then booked online and received email confirmation and instructions once booked. When I arrived for the test there was a man outside the clinic to sign me in and once inside everything was very clean and efficient. I was in and out in 5 minutes! I was told my results could take up to 48 hours but I received them on email earlier than expected, after just 10 hours, including a ‘fit to fly’ letter. Highly recommended service.
