Timely delivery and very well packaged. Dried mango cheek slices are soft, sweet with a little tang, not too chewy and thinly sliced. Perfect. I ordered 1 x 500g mango and I received it in 5 x 100g eco friendly packets. Perfect for prolonged freshness!

I ordered a few things. I received confirmation of purchase but didn't receive postage status. I emailed to enquire and customer services responded the morning after. They were very polite and said to wait a couple of days. I received the order by royal mail an hour later. All products are sound. Would buy again.

Ordered 210 of products. Left it a few days and then thought it odd that I had. No email confirmation so decided to see what's going on Emailed asked them to. Update gave them all the info I could and. Explained I did not receive the usual confirmation most companies send. Email I Got back off them Was asking for the order number. Well if I've got no confirmation that's kinda hard. Ended up phoning them and was put through to a Very rude girl It turns out that my order was not even in stock. How annoying that the website gives no guidence of whats available and what's not? So you may as well place your orders and then just hope for the best. It might come this week it might come next week who knows the girl told me So at this point with no confirmation email no update sent to me regarding stock no clue when their own Stock will be available it was time to part ways. Asked for refund girl put the phone down on me. So now I'm sat 200 down with no clue if I'll get my money back
