Been using these guys for years they are great. Waiting time is long because of NHS cuts and time wasters. But people shouldn't complain and be lucky they offer this service. Only bad thing is they try send u home with a home test kit.

Absolute joke of a clinic. Half an hour left before they close with only 2 people in the waiting room and apparently they're too busy. Woman running the clinic needs better people skills as she has no ability to assist the public and clearly just wants to chat in the office and make tea. Whole clinic needs a reform.

Called the Catford clinic for some advice. Got through straight away and the woman on the phone was lovely. She gave me all the advice I needed and was very helpful and friendly.

Good service been using them for years. Bad reviews from ppl who caught stds I guess. The only problem is they now try and prompt u to do your own checks by sending off samples. Which iInever do bcuz im a valued customer and different from the rest of the users here

Arrived at 5.30pm and the office closes at 7pm. The receptionist just looked at me not saying anything and then asked what l do want. I said bearing in mind it is a family planning clinic that l wanted to get a test. She replied and l guessed this is the infamous rude brash woman that we are closed because we have enough people to take us to 7pm. There was only about 7 people in the room. Why is this woman still employed..l do not get rude it. As l sat in my car outside two of the people in the waiting departed.
