I had a broken Windows 10 laptop and it took less than 24 working hours for Headstart IT to fix it, backup all of my data, and install a new SSD. Ashley and the rest of the team team were super friendly, responsive, and communicated exceptionally clearly. From start to finish, I was informed both a) how long a diagnosis repair would take and b) how much their services would cost. This is in contrast to my experience with other IT repair providers in the area, who are often slow movers and have unclear pricing models with hidden, additional costs. 5/5 for Headstart, will recommend to all friends colleagues who need IT services

I was introduced to Headstart many years ago and since then they have been responsible for ensuring the maintenance and developments of our systems. I initially met James and subsequently Ashley - what is key to me is the consistency of personnel - they know my systems inside out and can advise accordingly. They act quickly when there is a problem; they have external access to my computers so can often resolve issues remotely; they are reasonable in their charges and they provide fantastic service.
