Absolutely Awful. Ordered a light 4 months ago and after following up multiple times and being told it will arrive in a few weeks, it gets delayed yet again. Now it is looking like it will be delayed another month and will not arrive in time for Christmas. Our living room has been without a light for months now as every time we expect it to be here it gets delayed. I've had to pay for the electrician to hang a temporary light. They never notify you it's been delayed but only after chasing them multiple times do they tell you. The most infuriating thing is that for months now, they still sell the item on the website "ready to ship in a few weeks" which is a complete lie. Honestly will never buy from them again!

A wonderful selection of furniture from around the world are to be found across all floors in this fabulous shop. I went there specifically to find a Knoll diamond chair and I wasn’t disappointed with a couple on display. The Eames selection was also very good as was the range of Danish furniture. The rug room is also worth a visit. One particular example made in Spain caught my eye. See pic To sum up. If your looking for furniture in London then a visit to Heals is a must. You can also get a coffee in the cafe.

Placed an order for a dining table and 8 chairs in March. Dining table got delayed for months, each time referring to Covid as an excuse. Somehow all other furniture retailers were able to deliver on time. Dining chairs got delivered on time in May but one was faulty: off balance and with visible dents. We sent photos and were promised a replacement. We have been chasing since then and the replacement chair has still not arrived, in November. It takes multiple emails to get a response from customer service. We were also accidentally copied into an email within their internal teams, and they are incredibly rude about their customers! Never purchasing from Heals again. We're on the verge of raising a fraud dispute given we have been sold faulty products and the issue has not been resolved by November for an order placed in March.

If you’re looking for inspiration to do up your house, or need to buy any furniture or lighting, then this is the world famous place to do it. So much history to Heal’s – it’s a pleasure to browse and get inspired here. While some of the items are so expensive you might only dream of owning them, there’s also a large selection of items at more affordable price points on the ground floor, and a Habitat on the ground floor and in the basement which sells many great options at more affordable prices.

EDIT: Avoid at all cost. Another delivery with unusable product. When Heals does well, it provides exceptional services and products. But when it doesn’t, it tend to end up pretty disastrously. If you want to purchase multiple items like I did, be aware that you might have to wait for around 3-4 months for your order when your sales told you it’s only 3-4 weeks lead time as you hand them over your money. So finally your wait has ended, the chances are probably less than half of the products would arrive at your door and no one would bother giving you a heads up in advanced even if you have spoken to them several times before. Then finally the guys arrived and assembled your products, then 2 out of 5 have flaws and need a replacement. You will then need to do the same thing again, contacting the customer service team, arranging a replacement, waiting for a delivery date, arranging yourself to be at home for the delivery etc When I decided to purchase from Heals, I was expecting an effortless experience hence was happy to pay the high price tag. However I find myself spending so much time chasing the delivery, arranging the delivery then products went wrong and again doing everything one more time. The communication and management is just bottomline poor. To give Heals some credits, the products that are fine are truly exceptional. They are sturdy and well designed. But the frustration I had and the time I lost for this order is just totally not worth it.

Gorgeous collections and awesomeness all arounds. Every floor is a magical kingdom of design and marvellous furniture. The top floor is my favourite. Be sure to checkout the cafe and the gorgeous stairs on the back. Very helpful and nice stuff

Disappointing. Saved for a very long time for some beautiful looking furniture and to be fair most of it is good. One item, an ottoman, obviously defective with buttons coming loose after a few days. Sent pictures and a video at their request (half of them are loose like the picture, and the ones on the sofa are mostly tight so it doesn’t look like they match), told it would be assessed and repaired which was a surprise- it was very expensive and obviously not fit for purpose from the off. Assessor booked and we were told to be in 12-7 yesterday which was fine with lockdown. Missed a call from an unknown number on the day then 7 minutes later get a message saying the assessor has cancelled the visit...because we did not pick up straight away. So to recap, deflated because the quality was not great (and it isn’t cheap), felt like they brushed off the extent of the problem, want to repair an expensive item that was identified as defective after two weeks, and then don’t turn up to repair. I think you find out how good a company is by how they act when something goes wrong. I expected better. I’ve seen below they’ll give you a coffee if you leave a good review, but not replied to disappointed customers. Maybe that says something. UPDATE. Middle of October and a new ottoman has been delivered. Bad news, obvious gash in the leather in a prominent place. Should really have been checked before it was sent. Noted as a defect on the delivery form etc. and we’ve emailed Heals but a few days on and not even an acknowledgement. Really would have thought they’d jump on this.

Good range of furniture for all budgets. Good selection of higher end furniture.
