The program is not updated, it says on google maps that saturday 28 od december is opened but I went there and on the door says is closed. Different timetable, probably the receptionists fault

Receptionists sit playing on their phone until they're ready to deal with patients. I'm told to come to the surgery and when I get there at 10am I'm told come back at 4.30. I've seen a nurse, a trainee doctor and a doctor and still they have done nothing for me but waste 2hts of my time. This place is like Faulty Towers. When you ask to speak to the surgery manager they put up barriers to you forwarding a complaint. So read it here instead then E1 Heath Centre.By the way chamge your registration forms that a 9yr old must have whipped up on Word 10yts ago. It's laughable while your staff all sit around doing notbing.
