Was contacted by an employee called Dan Gratton who arranged an interview for me at a Financial Advisory company. After the 1st interview took place, said employee started to avoid me quite noticeably and not update me on the outcome. It took me speaking to one of his colleagues who advised me he was not in the office to then find out I had not been selected for the position. I then never heard from this individual again. In summary whilst they are keen to get you through the door, all semblance of professionalism then drops away. Avoid if you can as they seem to characterise the stereotype of the parasitic recruitment agency based on this user's experience.

The whole procedure was quick and smooth. Junior Tahir from heat recruitment called me up in the initial stage of my job hunting with an appropriate job I was in search. As I showed an interest in the role he quickly forwarded it to the company and fixed an interview in two days. He guided me through out the process by clearing all doubts and helped me prepare for interview towards that company. After interview he was in touch following up with me and the company and in two days gave me the good news of me being selected and that I could start immediately
I have been working with Neil, Christian and Gary for a number of years now. Very professional service, great staff and always going that extra mile when I am really up against it. Thanks guys
ignored, absolute amateur of a director. Kept trying to lower the money he was suposed to pay me even when I had sent him proof of the agreed amount.
Another waste of space recruitment agency. I do not appreciate the fact I'm obviously just considered a number by them to get in frount of their clients, and no actual reading of my c.v has been undertaken. Was told they had a job that I was suitable for me after asking for a job description I was instead provided with the usual 'car salesman pitch' to discover the job was 3 hours away by train and not the current role I have. When i challenged back I was told they had lots of people moving into broking, well if I don't want to move into broking (and you haven't checked if I even want to) then how is the job suitable for me. Also seemed to assume that I didn't take issue with a 6hour commute Next time contact me asking which insurance roles I would like then proceed to search don't just see insurance and assume I want whatever you throw my way and expect me to be grateful. And have an awareness of where I live my address is the 2nd thing on my c.v! I note the owners comments below, just to point out its almost been a week and no one has been bothered to contact me. Don't waste your time with this company they are terrible!
