Pleasure in writing this review after my experience purchasing a custom designed engagement ring. I walked into Heera by chance after looking in the window and was greeted by Anita and her team (Dimple, Soraya and Jimmy) and they are superb! The process was very smooth as they have a large quantity of styles available to create whatever you want. In the end. We created the perfect custom ring with the help of Jimmy who I can’t thank enough. His experience and ideas enabled us to make a ring that is stunning as you can see from the images. He takes his work very seriously/personally and has huge pride ensuring all areas, from design right the way through to production is carried out smoothly. I would not hesitate in recommending this company and team to anyone. I would also like to thank Anita immensely for her help during this experience. She is a gem herself!!

Cannot recommend Heera enough. We dealt with Fern who provided a fantastic service. she provided great advice in regards to the diamond engagement ring I purchased. I gave her the design I wanted and did exactly what I asked for, with constant updates and help. She goes that extra mile to make you feel reassured for such an important purchase. You must use Fern if you want helpful, friendly advise and support. Fern you have been amazing! Thank you for everything!
Having brought my wife wedding ring from here. Its been a complete disaster from the very beginning and to the end. First they took down the wrong ring size and then on 3 occasion provided wrong collection date when the ring was ready. Then made errors on the ring itself. Which again then needed amended and again provided wrong collection date. Which actually missed our engagement party without having our rings. This level of customer service and treatment has been the worst experience I have ever experience. I should gone to high street jewellery shop and be treated better then these guys. Even when walking into the shop the staff seem very miserable and unwelcoming. If I could give it a 0 then I surely would have. Heera is a disgrace of a brand they don't deserve to be called bespoke.
Absolutely amazing experience thanks to Anita at Heera diamonds. Amazing selection of rings and I recommend Heera to anyone looking for an engagement ring ! Thanks again guys and my fiancé loves the ring ! They definitely know all there is about Diamonds.
Extremely happy with my purchase.. Almost made me cry when I saw my ring as perfect as I imagined it to be.. Anita and Jimmy not only helped me find my diamond per my budget and needs but also made sure I get the best quality.. I was so confused before but when we landed at Heera, I knew I was gonna be buying from here. Anita helped me with my design, recommended what would be the best purchase and also provided the cost benefit analysis which made my husband's decision very easy.. Given the extensive analysis, we can definitely say we got the best deal.. I am now so thrilled that I would look to get my family jewellery from Anita.. Highly recommend HEERA..
