Despite the other reviews on herbal treatments and reception staff, the masseuse is 5 star. Don't believe everything you read, I'm a regular client for a 1hr full body massage, it's one of the best I've had. The service is very professional and leaves my feeling light and refreshed. He is capable of working through deep tissue injuries, while envoking relaxation. I'll be back again!

I had a reflexology massage there and it was an amazing experience, the masseuse was super professional and I was super relax to the point that fall sleep half way through the massage...
Went for a short 30min acupuncture for bad back pain. Came out feeling a lot less pained and relaxed, the points were accurate and on point. Certain freehand needle insert were painful (behind the knee) but they were places that I had the most pain and it worked, so I'll trade the short pain for chronic pain anytime. Overall a plastic guide was used and was not painful. All I can say is that i went in with pain but came up with 90% of it gone. Worth my money
I have to say despite the bad reviews I had a great back massage for 30 mins for 30. Real value for money. Great pressure and feeling great. They really worked the knots well. I’ve had lots of massages all over the world and this was one of the best. It’s a real massage and not a tickle.
Rude and cheat. They just got your money and not good services. If you buy full package online you cant use it in white city Westfield so they give mr give me headache and 30 minutes argue.
