Look where did they leave my item. Did anyone understand anything? They did not even answer the calls. My parcel is missing!! I would never work with them but I had to this time. Do NOT work with this company. Delivery photo shows that they left my parcel on someones lap who wear jeans! What a great delivery!

Right, listen up Hermes, its one thing to rob my parcels, its quite another top rob the house. We have you on our Ring doorbell, putting our parcel into your jacket, then dashing a brick through the window. Around 15 minutes later, we see you emerging with our laptops, TVs and family hamster Arnold. Also yes, we found your little offering in the toilet, if you are going to rob someone, at least flush.
If these guys were nicer and had better customer service they’d get better reviews and people would be more likely to spend more money there. I would have enjoyed getting a liter of sparkling water here if only I’d been greeted with a smile and a “welcome” hello. The good: I was able to return a package I had ordered from amazon using their bar code reader and label printer here without cost. The whole process took less than 1 minute once I found the location and entered the store. There was one guy working there and not many customers about. It’s a small store with drinks and snacks and such. The bad: the box for my item being returned was not sealed. I incorrectly assumed that they might have some available for use there as do most other amazon return locations. He said they didn’t. When pressed he changed his answer and said he could sell me some tape for five pounds. That’s more than it would have cost to return it some other method. I had already traveled an hour across London to find this place. That’s the end of my review. Now to finish the story. There was another kind soul who had arrived to return his package just after me and he overheard the conversation with the clerk at the store. He also had expected there to be tape to close the box and was not prepared. Fortunately he did have some tape back in his car so after a few minutes to walk back and return we had the packages sealed up, labeled, and received emails that the items had been received for return processing. There’s also a nice noodle restaurant just next door I’d recommend if you’re in the area during lunch time.
This is not the first time this has happened, I have been expecting a parcel ALL WEEK!! And nobody has come from Hermes to deliver, if I go to the tracking system, it says that delivery attempts have been tried since Monday 7th of December which is absolute rubbish!!! It is now Friday and I am still waiting for Hermes whilst receiving other parcels so my doorbell is working perfectly, and no point on getting a contact number because the robot is just that, a simple robot which does not give any information and doesn’t even transfer you to an actual person to deal with your query!
