Awful experience. I tried to buy the new climb trainers but they don’t have my size. I asked if I could order it in and they said I could. However I was told to do it online at home instead of hassling the staff in the store to order this item. It seems the staffs are not working for commission. They don’t try to be persuasive and close a deal abs satisfy customers’ need. That’s inefficient and staffs are not trying to bring revenue to the store. I wonder why this firm isn’t bankrupt given such awful customer and sales service.

Was served by a lovely lady today buying a new Apple Hermes watch. Very friendly and helpful.
People working in store must be running for the worst Customer Experience of the Year Award: otherwise there is no explanation/excuse for such coldness on the edge of rudeness. I passed by for an advice on cleaning a scarf (sadly got a lipstick spot on it) and was not even awarded with a greeting. Though I got the advice: a dry cleaner in SW10. Splendid. I look forward to never returning again.
Hermès generally has a very high level of service as fits the quality of the goods.
