Needs to update the office, update information and actually answer the phone between the hours you have to call. The receptionist was really nice but when you try get through to the office to follow up on the process as instructed by the office, can't get any information for weeks. Please do better as a representative of Jamaica.

It is an embarassment of an organisation from the dilapitated building to the casual and unprofessional attitude of staff. No one has ever answered the phone, they dont respond to emails unless you send 10 of them. They are under resourced, over subscribed and no one is doing anything about it. I'm hoping to avoid them altogether by flying to Jamaica and sort it out directly rather than using them. They need to change their working hours especially consular services to accommade working people, as appointments ending at 14:30 it a joke, unprofresional

The personal service I got was 5 stars , but I think it was because of the individual staff that dealt with me (Leaford) . He was brilliant . Directions and instructions at the building was okay , but online instructions could improve
