All the staff is really helpful and supportive. I wanted to apply for Saint Lucia visa to avoid the hassle of on-arrival process, but due to my frequent travel to Europe wasn't able to submit my passport. I spoke to Ms.Roseanne Bates and Ms.Henry, both were very supportive to give the visa within 24hours on the basis that I send my documents ahead of the appointment over email, and bring the originals at the time of appointment.

Excellent service. Very pleased with the St Lucia high commission as I should be. They were able to assist me with my NI number and first passport application with no problem. The whole process took just 3 weeks from submitting the application to receiving the NI number and passport. I am very happy. The staff that dealt with me were extremely helpful and polite. In just under 1 month they were able to send my passport and supporting documents back to St. Lucia to get renewed and returned back to me.
