Hirschfelds have a really fine selection of Antique jewellery as well as having a jewellery repair workshop. So this is very useful when our jewellery needs fixing and polishing. I have bought from them many times and have always had the best experience and will continue to be a customer. Very friendly and professional staff as well, they make you feel like family.

Their workshop have yet again restored some more family broken jewellery which we are very pleased with. They are experts in ring sizing too, plus repairing antique and old rings too. They are London antique jewellery specialists in Hatton Garden and have an eclectic and interesting selection of fine antique jewellery, Antique Victorian Jewellery, antique Edwardian jewellery as well as Art Deco & Art nouveau jewellery. We are so very pleased with the antique cushion old cut diamond ring diamond that we have just bought . They are still looking after my repairs even with the current lockdown We have had even more jewellery repairs done here recently as this repair workshop is the only place in town that I have ever visited for jewellery repair. I had lost a little weight and had to have my rings re-sized and they did the ring sizing really well. They provided very fast and honest service. My wife also had some pieces of old gold jewellery with some gemstones in them. She brought them in to see what they could do with them. The jewellery repair goldsmith came up with a great idea to make them all into a necklace. The finished piece was exquisite. The price was very reasonable too because they were able to work with the existing materials She has received many compliments about the piece. Well done. Hirschfelds have now moved to a splendid new office with their jewels -see image plus their goldsmiths to a larger workshop. Its worth paying them a visit in the wonderful Bleeding Heart Yard.

Worst experience with these people. I never write reviews but am now left with no choice. They’ve had my wedding jewelry and serving set for weeks now and for the past week they have not answered a single email, phone call or text message to organize for them to be picked up by a courier (might I add that I had to organize that because they weren’t helpful with payment or delivery options either). It seems they don’t want to be paid for the job of repairing the jewelry. Or they are a scam operation and have stolen my jewelry. In either case it’s the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Not sure how to get my wedding jewelry back. Might have to report them to the police if I don’t hear back from them. STAY AWAY.
