Small convenience shop located in the basement of Port East building, near the puregym entrance. Family run and super friendly, they have all the basics a great variety of craft beer (beavertown, camden...) and vegan products (plant based milk, tofu, ice cream...).

As a kiwi who has lived in the UK for 3 years ..... I know how hard it is to find a decent selection of kiwi food in one place in person! I saw this place online and said I had to go .... So glad I did they have a huge range of food from pantry supplies to lollies, Chocolate and chips the prices were fair (relative), I think it was about 3.50(ISH) for pack of biscuits and same lollies- will definitely be going back
Great to pick up a smattering of antipodean culture and food delights. Stock varies, however.

Poor customer service, unable to offer a service that they provide as the staff was unsure how to do it. Wouldn't recommend I have just used another store to return the item with no issues and have also used your store in the past with no issues. Please train staff better or remove this service as it’s a massive inconvenience to customers. My review is based more on the rude staff memeber more than anything. Raising your voice, answering the phone while serving, serving people behind while still dealing with someone is BAD customer service. I have used this store many times and have always been served well (two young guys) always polite, efficient and very welcoming. It’s a shame one person has let this down.
