I booked their free assessment online for my house to convert into HMO. I received a call from Mr Kum and he explained me very well what I can and cant do. He also walked me through Haringey's website so I understand the difference between Planning and HMO licence. I am very impressed with this level of service from them and all for no cost to me, so I booked their service for planning and HMO license. Haringey officer came to view my property last week and told me that there are no issues, all the drawings and documents submitted by the architects are good and Haringey will send me decision notice by next week. I decided to leave this feedback as Mr Kum has not only helped me with a personalised service but also saved me from losing out on rent from the house I own. The agents in the area were able to get me rent less than 2100 and also Haringey housing team were only going to get me 1640 with rent guaranteed for two years, and now with 7 rooms all individually let as an HMO I am looking to get 600 x 7 4200. My husband bought this house as pension for us and since he passed away I dont have any other source of income. The arhcitects service is very good and I will definately recommend them to other. Thankyou.

Thanks for your service for planning permission to divide my house in to two flats. I am looking to start building works soon. I will need your support for building control certificate. Do you do structure calculation as builders saud they need steel in the floor for loft conversion? Thanks
