I discovered this gem of a dental practice recently, after visiting for a checkup, hygenist and other dental work. Absolutely fantastic place. I can't rate Corina and the team highly enough. Very high quality work and a thoroughly professional practice. Corina and her dental nurse were very detailed-oriented, highly skilled and very kind. The standard of care is exceptional and the pricing is very competitive. I'll be back for my checkup in 6 months!

First of all I would like to thanks Corina for attending me very quickly and sorted my complicated tooth. Also I would definitely recommend Corina not because of how kind she is or how atmosphere, ambience... The point is to found right dentist who will fix permanently my tooth problem , definitely Corina was great in that to spend 1 h and more treatment to complete filing of my tooth. So far happy that the filling is still there as she knows that other dentist couldn't manage to fix properly. Prices are totally reasonable and affordable . Thank you Corina .

I had a sensitivity in my tooth and my lymph node got swollen so I knew I had an infection and couldn't waste any more time. I took an emergency appointment with House of Smiles because I didn't have an NHS dentist back then. After doing an X-Ray they told me my tooth was dying, that I needed a root canal treatment and that it had to start the procedure within the next week or else I could get an ulcer in my gum and that it could be extremely painful. The total cost of the treatment was 1000. They gave me antibiotics and urged me to take another appointment and give a deposit. I felt rushed and thankfully, I declined. The next day I managed to get an appointment with an NHS dentist and he ran an additional test (electrical current) and came up with a different diagnostic, which was that my tooth was still alive and that my gum was infected. He advised to keep taking the antibiotics and floss properly around the tooth and come back in 4 weeks for a deep clean of my gums & teeth. I was worried that he might've missed out on something and that I would end up getting an ulcer or worst... but he was right. Here I am, 2 months later, no pain, no ulcer, tooth is fine and I am not out of pocket of 1000. I still want to give 3 stars because: the staff was really friendly and the place is super clean and modern. I was really nervous and started crying on the chair and the dentist and her assistant both listened to me and tried to calm me down as much as they could, which I appreciate. I hope this was just an honest mistake, and that they had my wellbeing in mind first!

I am posting this because of my dissatisfaction as to how I was treated today. The dentist Dr Corina Mocanu is a rip off as the way and manner in which she deals with people is soo bad. I had book an emergency appointment and was charged mandatory 20 initial fee over the phone which I found strange for a part payment of total 60 consultation fee. I had wished that their pricing been introduced in a much good way over the reception desk rather last minute while on the surgery bed with bright light shone in your eyes and not enough time to decide. I really felt rushed into making me decide to pay a total of 370 in a matter of minutes. I off course declined as I felt not trust her recommendations to fix my teeth for me. I will go back to my old dentist who is miles from where I currently live and even if it cost me 2 x 370, I will be willing to pay as she is nicer with her patients and her sense of showing care really goes beyond this dentist of House of Smiles. I certainly didn't come out of their dentist practice smiling but upset and angrily and most of all duped for paying 60 for f**k all. I recommend an new patient not go there for any dental care - they are a total rip off.

For me, House Of Smiles is the most trustworthy medical office. Here I've found exactly what I was looking for: the highest standards and pro services, patient care and a lot of patience. Finally, my teeth are in good hands. I'm getting the right treatments from the most professional dentists. You can see that this place grew from a lot of passion for the job and I recommend it with all heart.
