These people are deliberately sabotaging my housing application. Could you believe that I've given birth and it took them over a year to add by child on to the housing application so it could be updated on Lewisham system. Furthermore, after this i was nominated 2 times for a property and Lewisham requested rent statements from these people and they do not respond resulting in me being skipped for property. I could have been out of this property ages ago it is currently 4 of us living in this one bedroom and you're telling me that every time a new nomination comes up you guys refused to respond. What kind of business is this? This is unfair on me and my children because they have nowhere to sleep all of us are on the 1 bed and you telling me that every time Lewisham email you you refuse to respond to it. You lot are sabotaging my housing move and you're taking from me the opportunity to provide a suitable household for my children. This is unacceptable very unacceptable I'm angry and disappointed because this house is not in a suitable condition to housed 4 people it is not fair on me or my children. Something needs to be done because this is very upsetting this situation for my housing need to be addressed I'm sure that other people are in my exact position. You say you empower women, but yet still holding us down your holding us down not making us move forward in finding something suitable for ourselves. it is not fair address this situation because this is getting out of hand and this will be taken to court if it no action is taken. I do not have any rent arrears my rent is paid every month on the 1st so this is nonsense. I called on multiple occasions yesterday approximately 25 times and no one answers the phone you guys are at home what are you doing that's making you unable to answer the phone this is ridiculous very ridiculous this needs to be addressed no longer than next week or further actions will be taken.

Money is being taken for rent, but not showing on rent statement. I have written, emailed, phoned, complained, but absolutely no response since July, despite promises to get back to me. Feel ignored & of no value. This is housing association is supposed to help empower women & address inequalities, it does the opposite.

I have complained about my housing officer numerous times and FINALLY AFTER MONTHS someone from the h4w contacted me. Depending on the effort my housing officer puts in I will give a higher rating but, if this lack of communication carrys on then either new staff would be insisted and training for the staff would be suggested.

Am very disappointed with the maintenance service I constantly complained about bathroom leak and it seems no one is taking serious. On 24th July 2020 plumber came to have look as to what is causing the leak was told it was cause bath is rusted and will feedback as the bath needs to be changed till date have no response. However my Housing officer sent an email to maintenance no response. This very disappointing that no one can get in touch. The bath is an hazard. When I call maintenance response is due to current pandemic office is closed however on google search it says you are open. The service have really gone down

It’s not fit for purpose. Staff are rude and dare I say; semiliterate. They come and go like the wind and feel they’re doing tenants a favour. It’s a sad and sorry state of affairs!! I blame the rot at the top.
