Had a lovely time here tonight, really great service by Ibo so attentive and helpful! Honestly such a nice guy. He even helped me with the menu, we had nice food, drinks and desserts. We will definately be back, and have recommended Huqqa Lounge to other people for a chilled evening. Good service is very important to me, and is the reason I will come back here again. Thank you Ibo & Huqqa Lounge !

My sister asked me to come out with the kids for a meal so she chose this restaurant and I said to her let me call them first and see if we have to book. The moment the call was answered by one of the waitresses (Mariam ) I knew that my experience would be memorable. When we arrived, Mariam welcomed us with a positive first response! Her customer care was impeccable! She and all the other members of staff were extremely welcoming. The kids enjoyed the food. It has a family friendly atmosphere. Mariam's customer service was consistent that I could not stop talking about it as we drove home. To all restaurants or any company out there that struggle to deliver good customer service, please visit Huqqa Lounge. Take a leaf or two from there. They are the definition of delivering 'excellent customer care' Companies must realise that when you take care of your customers what it actually does is leave a lasting impression for one to go back. Definitely would recommend and I will be going back! Thank you!

Ibo made our evening! Lovely service from start to end. He made sure we were happy. Provided us advise on the menu and made sure everything we ordered was right and on time! Kept checking in on us if we needed anything. Ibo makes the place special! Hard worker!

This has to be the restaurant that has provided me with the worst ever customer experience. If you are looking for a restaurant where you are neglected, isolated and ignored then you have hit the jackpot with this place, as it delivers on all of these in abundance. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place if they want to have an enjoyable experience. It was my first time here and most definitely my last time.

Good Atmosphere - great non vegetarian and vegetarian options from starters to mains... huge range of shisha flavours.. parking can be tricky but there is Asda opposite which offers 2 hours free parking.. staff can make atmosphere ecstatic which is a bonus
