Absolutely shocking service. You can never speak to anyone. No simple questions ever get answered. There is no \live chat\ because no one is ever there to speak to you. No phone number. I've had a sim card that has never worked and been charged every month for it. Every time a try and cancel no one speaks to me. A complete farce.

Probably the cheapest sim deals out there. Believe it runs on 3 network. Paperwork from carphone warehouse. I have a monthly rolling contract to run a network radio phone on Zello. Cancel anytime if you want. Personally it's now my emergency standby to contract sim. Easy upgrade, scan code and sim activates. Excellent app. You can set usage caps. I use as full size sim, so in emergency I can pop it down to fit other phones. It comes in a trio pop out card. I've been a user of I'd mobile for over a year and cannot fault service. Upgrade online and new sim arrived in 24 hrs. No pressure from salespersons, I do everything via app. No phone sales or offers other than in app offers.

Does anyone know how you call ID mobile? They are threatening my 82 year old mother in law with debt recovery when they cut her off. I can't get in touch with anyone it's awful - I just don't know what to do....

The worse company you can go too PLEASE DON'T. they offer low price per month and you end up paying more and they still ask you to pay more, they stop your service without warning, they want to dig in your bank account for more than the contract agreement. they lie and they hold you hostage when you want to live. they pretend you never been with them and they avoid talking to you when finally you reach someone they said they don't know you. they are horrible!

AVOID! I'm appalled and completely furious with this company. You get what you pay for. Horrible coverage, bad internet and a nonexistent service. Really painful to deal with! I was already quite angry with them, and now, they refuse to refund an accidental over-spend where I was late by 5 minutes to buy a add-on data pack. 25 for 5 minutes of data is ridiculous.. I'm not sticking around or giving them another cent. AVOID!
