I would like to highly recommend Leo and IMAA Plumbing. He absolutely fixed our problem fast and perfect way and he did even more. We had a serious toilet issue on Friday evening because our agency was not willing to do anything after 1.5 month of asking to check the toilet because it did not flush down properly and was very loud. So it got blocked. We called IMAA and Leo was in our flat in 40 minutes. He was very friendly and fast, fixed the blocking. He offered to us to change the old and tired macerator pump by himself (instead of our slow and unreliable agency) because it turned out that caused the blocking and on Saturday morning he bought the right macerator pump for us, came back and made the job in 1 hour. He absolutely went above and beyond with his job because he replaced even an old and very narrow pipe for a new and wider one and he made a new line to reduce the risk of a future blocking for free. Moreover he cleaned the bathroom after himself which we really appreciated it. At the same time there was a guy from a different company in our kitchen, fixing (struggling) our new boiler. Leo helped him too after he finished our bathroom lent him few tools from his van and some advices for the installation of the boiler... 10/10! I am pretty sure I will call him next time again if I need. Thanks Leo!
Leo serviced our boiler, fitted a filter and gave the central heating system a long-overdue flush. He arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly and gave sound advice to keeping the system running efficiently. Leo doesn't rush things and does a thorough, focused job. Our work took a little longer than expected and he rearranged his next appointment so he could complete our job properly. He doesn't cut any corners, uses good quality parts and chemicals. I feel he is motivated to solve your problems so your system 'sings' and you don't have to call him back. I booked him four years ago for other smaller jobs and will definitely book him again. Leo was very punctual and professional. He fixed a kitchen sink for us beautifully and sorted out the pipes underneath. He also helped to fix the bath plug, and all very efficiently. Would highly recommend.
