I had already bought a 3D printer from iMakr some years ago and they have been so supportive, that when I saw the new Snapmaker 2 was available, I pre-ordered it and I was contacted a week before Christmas and the machine arrived Christmas eve which made the next day more enjoyable and I am delighted with the results for both the laser and 3D printer modules. I haven't yet tried the milling tool and I can strongly recommend iMakr for those with experience or people who want to try it for the first time.

Imagine a company, with the highest level of incompetence and dishonesty, that you possible can. Now double that metal image. You are now imagining close to the reality of Imakr. We purchased a printer, the printer is unfit for purpose, did not work as advertised, tech support cant resolve. IMakr only offer refunds after taking a maybe-legal estocking fee of 20%\, in this case; over 1000 in \fees\ I returned the faulty printer to them and begrudgingly accepted this fee, only since I was promised a \prompt refund\ by IMakr management. Over one month since the printer was returned, there was still no refund received. Multiple ignored emails, multiple ignored phone calls. After starting the process to take IMakr to court. At last, we receive 80% of the printer value \promptly\ refunded. Thousands of pounds of damage to business, over 1k wasted on consumables, nearly 100 hours wasted on this fiasco. My review: Avoid at all costs.
