All staff from reception to nurses and the doctor Julie who performed my endoscopy were so reassuring and friendly. I wasn't waiting long either. Convenient that free parking behind the centre too. Definitely recommend.

Easy to find; easy walking distance from several tube stations and free car parking to the rear. Reception is friendly and efficient. Ample space to social distance and a copy of Rugby News to read, to! The techs are bright and professional; I can imagine them putting the most nervous clients at ease. I was in and out bang on schedule. I'm no fan of 'creeping privatisation' of the NHS but this is a very good example of sensible outsourcing.

Bunch of unprofessional working here together. Had an appointment on 8th April took a day off from work after 45mins journey. I have been told that I am not on their system. Even though I was holding the letter of appointment confirmation in black and white. Receptionist asking me to call to their 033 number and find out why I am not on her system just wondering if that's my part of job. Obviously, agent their could not answer and said apparently they send cancellation text on 25th of March. My question is confirmation of appointment by letter than why not cancellation by letter. If the appointment was cancelled 13 days ago

I visited InHealth for an endoscopy a few days ago. I was very nervous, but from my arrival I was greeted by a nice nurse, who put me at ease by reassuring me and explaining the process step by step, and answered all my concerns with kindness. The procedure was carried out by Dr Kosta, who was not only exceptional in his medical skills, he has a kind and friendly manner, and made me feel secure and comfortable throughout the procedure. I felt confident in his care. I recovered quickly after the procedure in the care of a nice nurse called Mpembi, who I thank very much. I would also like to thank the rest of Dr Kosta’s team Carlo, Jenife and Kelly who were all attentive from the moment I arrived to when I left. I have lived in this country for 30 years and have used private clinics before, but none as good as this. I highly recommend this clinic especially Dr Kosta and his team. Emilia Bax
