Went twice this week, for the first time. Both ladies who served me were abrupt, no customers service skills. It appeared like they were giving me a favour by serving me. I will definitely try and go elsewhere next time I need this type of service.

Even though my issue was a very basic one as I just needed to set up my daughters new laptop the lady at the store was so helpful and so patient and so polite that it was the best 40 I’ve ever spent. I cannot recommend and praise her services enough. A truly A Class service and reasonably priced to boot.
I cannot rave enough about Faiza and her exceptional customer service. She hand-delivered my computer on a Saturday night after spending ALL DAY and late evening re-installing the back up to my corrupted hard drive- all so I could meet a work deadline! I have never know customer service like it. Her expertise, patience and knowledge kept me at ease the whole time and I've been back on a number of occasions when things have gone wrong with any of my devices from phones to computers. She is worth her weight in gold. A big thanks you, Faiza and Intellot comes highly recommended from me.
The team of Intellot have done exceptionally well in providing a supportable technical solution to a problem which I had with my macbook machine. Additionally, they have been able to cope gracefully with changing requirements. The quality of Customer Systems resources always seems to be very helpful and extremely professional.
i woke up with my iphone 11 screen damaged really bad, the team at the shop not only managed to fix my screen exceptionally better than another the insurance company that i dealt with. she did the job really quick and efficiently. top quality customer service skills. iphone also disabled and she went well over her time to help me restore my iphone back to normal, the best thing i didnt lose any of my data. i definitely come back for more...

i came to this lady for a long time, she has helped me out at the last minute to fix my computer so i could keep to my deadline. she did the job within the hour and charged a very reasonable price. finally i found a business close to my home who can fix my laptop. i will be definitely keeping in touch with this shop in the near future. i use to have problems with my laptop everyday until i walked into this shop and now its been over 1 year i went back to service and i have never had a problem again. She does outstanding works and helps people out, which goes beyond what any other business can do
