A unique, enjoyable and experiential learning experience. The difference that makes the difference: integrity, respect, credibility and professionalism of Ian, Patricia and the entire ITS team. I have appreciated the simplicity and clarity of the tools, the transformational conversations and practical applications of working with the brain. The learning community we have built continues to be a great resource. The NLP Practitioner Programme with Neuroscience has been a fantastic discovery journey, which is opening up possibilities every day and has been awakening my inner wisdom.

Having had an excellent experience on both the Mastering the Coach Approach and the NLP Practitioner with Neuroscience programmes, I tried to think about what makes ITS so special. My thoughts: The quality of the trainers, who are all highly credible and respected in their fields. They are knowledgeable, professional, and warm. Even in a room full of people, they take the time to make everyone feel heard and valued. The perfect balance of theory and applied learning. You're standing, moving and practising as much as you're sitting down listening. I particularly enjoyed the NLP course that included 1/2 day of Neuroscience each module, explaining 'why this stuff works'. The smooth-running operation, facilitated by the the fantastic ITS staff and the resource team, who provide additional support and guidance during the courses. The fact that the resource team are all ITS graduates I think speaks very highly of the community that ITS build. The network that I have built through attending courses with ITS. I have continued to learn, develop and access opportunities way beyond the conclusion of the courses through the connections that I have made. Many thanks for a fantastic experience!

Excellent training and a great experience. I have found the NLP techniques very helpful and the Practitioner course has given me a new insight into myself and hopefully a more attuned understanding of others. Ian and Patricia were very good at engaging the group and their knowledge and teaching skills were very strong. The \helpers\ were brilliant and I really appreciated their support. I met some lovely people on the course - people from all walks of life - and some have become friends. All in all, very worthwhile and certainly recommended.

Both personally and professionally, completing the NLP Practitioner and Neuroscience and Mastering the Coaching Approach courses has had a lasting positive impact. In addition to learning skills and tools to better understand and engage with myself and others, the way the courses are planned allows you to hone the skills you are learning during each module. The trainers are exceptional and the other delegates have become excellent resources, associates and friends. I highly recommend training with ITS, all round you get far more than expected.

The course has the right balance of theory & practical. Ian, Patricia and the team are very friendly and helpfully. They create an environment that is a relaxed and safe to explore NLP. With each module you dive deeper into NLP. I was surprised how transformational it is. It felt like 40 years of therapy in the matter of weeks! The Neuroscience adds great insight on how we function. Ian & Patricia make a formidable duo. Patricia willingness to updated the group with the latest information from the world neuroscience is fabulous. This course has helped me build better relationships with my husband, family, friends and work colleagues. The course is marvellous.
