Great session. Really pushed me. I thought Yoga was more of a chill out than a workout but Micaela's session was physically demanding and rewarding without. Completely changed my view of yoga and I will definitely be going again.

I signed up to one of the 10 Class Pass offers and have been to 4 classes so far. Being new to the Yoga scene, Micaela made me feel at ease and comfortable in every class. She’s extremely knowledgeable and her extensive training and passion really shows. She naturally picks up on my strengths and weakness and appears to know when to push me but never feel pressured to do any pose.
Micaela is a great teacher and helps to improve personal technique. The hot yoga class is available at different level so anybody can join.
Warm and friendly teacher. I haven't exercised for a long time and was slightly nervous about my fitness level but it was a great experience.
