I am delighted with the service I received from Barclays; my rugs came back utterly transformed. After being repaired and cleaned they looked beautiful again - the colours looked amazing and the wonderful silky texture was evident once more. Barclays tackle their work with passion, commitment and huge expertise. It was also very convenient - the rugs were collected, returned and placed in position in my house.

We are so delighted with the repair of our rug. It was given as a wedding present over 30 yrs ago. It got badly rodent damaged years ago- Children's pet rats ! I did not think it was repairable and have felt guilty about it ever since. You have done an amazing job - thank you so much. It's now back on the floor where it belongs.
James Barclay have done an excellent job cleaning and repairing our four 100 year old Caucasian rugs. In particular, the restoration of our quite badly damaged large Kazak runner is superb. They were also extremely efficient in their dealings with us.
