I don't write a lot of reviews but after reading all the bad reviews I feel it'd be valuable to add my positive experience. Given the bad ratings I was hesitant about going here, but being strapped for time this was the only one nearby. The staff aren't the nicest but they copied my keys straight away, were very quick, and at a competitive price which they told me beforehand (15 for 3 keys, I've been to places in London charging way more). So for simply making copies of keys - they get the job done and are cheap!

Had a great experience with the business. Dropped my shoes off and completed the repair with in and hour and the service was fast, friendly and a good price. Very happy customer.
It would be useful if there was a price list on display in the shop for the services that you carry out. I have used this shop on several occasions, but do not get charged the same price for the same service. I have had the same work carried out on a pair of shoes and on one occasion was quoted almost three times the price I had paid for the same work previously.
NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They are beyond rude, took my watch in to get fixed they said they send them off and the company would be in touch in 2 weeks but could be longer which was happy with. I left it 4 weeks and then called them to which they said they didn't have a number for where they send them and that i would have to wait and just 'chill out'. called back 2 weeks later just asking if they could call and check and see what was going, was told to stop calling, its nothing to do with them - each time they were about as rude as i have been treated in London Called again today - 2 months after - to which they said, oh it cant be fixed it came in a couple of weeks ago, come and get it and hung up. These guys are a joke if you value your possessions and customer service i would highly recommend going no where near it. Have meet toddlers with better manners.
Really poor experience. The guy working there at best really couldn't be bothered and wasn't overly helpful but the part that really annoyed me was I gave twenty pounds to which he said we don't accept Scottish notes... I said I think that's illegal... he said well it's company policy so that's that. Not a I'm really sorry but do you have anything else... I should have said to take the strap back and left. What's a shame for this place is that the watch straps were lovely quality and I'm pleased with the job but customer service is what makes a company back so never again.
I've used that plave more than once so seeing all those bad reviews, decided to leave mine. This time they've adjusted my watch's strap. Initially, it was good but after 2 days I've decided it is actually too tight and wanted to add 2 links back. They didn't charged me even if I was prepared to pay. Good service. Will be coming back for sure ;)
Went in and asked about rubber stamps (an advertised service). The guy behind the counter obviously didn't want to deal with this and attempted to discourage me by telling me they need to order it. When I asked how long it takes he just looked at another guy in the back who obviously didn't know either and just decided it would be 2 weeks. My guy said "a couple of weeks for sure".Crap service, unwanted custom, not recommended suggest to avoid. Far better service out there.
Went for key cutting. Very polite and fast service at competitive prices. Highly recommended!
