JCW Fitness is fantastic. I do Pilates but there is a huge range of classes so if I can’t attend my regular one there is usually another I can make it to. Not having to book a space makes it so easy to just turn up. The instructors are all great, and Jane who owns it is so friendly and a fantastic teacher. Great value, for everyone. Highly recommended.

JCW classes are fun, down to earth & inclusive whatever shape or age. I like having a choice between fitness, core strenth and relaxation focussed classes, I also like the flexibility of when and where I can attend classes. Overall a great concept & fab teachers. Go for a trial week definitely!
