Don't get me wrong it's a really nice shop with fantastic ice cream and frozen yoghurt but the customer service just wasn't there. They were very dismissive and unhelpful. Made up for it with the taste though.

Quality soft serve at reasonable price. Customer service has finally improved recently.
Could have more flavors. Did not enjoy the option I selected but I ascribe that to personal preference.

I love this place. I regularly pop in for not only great gifts but also a chocolate treat for myself. The selection is great and the staff are so friendly and helpful and give fantastic recommendations. I always leave the shop feeling happier than when I entered!!
