Found a pair of boots online that I fell in love with but they were out of stock on the website. Called the Jimmy Choo New Bond Street store and spoke to Michael. He was so helpful and sorted the order out due for delivery in a couple of days. His customer service was outstanding and he made me feel like a valued customer. Couldn’t fault the service.

I see that we weren’t the only ones... we were inside the shop for more than 20 minutes walking around, I even asked about done shoes and being honest we were totally ignored! Shame because I really wanted to buy shoes over there, but that is not the only shop in uk so well, you’ve lost client and not one only... my friends were planning to visit your shop too but not anymore... Definitely not recommend!!!

Just coming from there and had a terrible experience. I knew exactly what I wanted but staff didn't even acknowledge my presence. There were also other customers who seemed to just be waiting around. When I complained on my way out, I was told "thank you" but there was no apology or attempt to make amends. The shoes are lovely but for that price, they should come with at least a minimum level of service. Will not visit that store again.

All, I was just at this store two weeks ago, visiting from New Jersey. My experience was awesome with Karen Sze Wai. I brought a great pair of Jimmy Choo elegant flats (KAITENCE). Karen also followed up with a great email.
