I have received a reply from Jivita (see below) saying that my comment is fair, and that they are aware of the issue. Dear Jivita, it would also have been fair to tell your customers about this issue in advance for them make a decision on whether to come or not to come, to expect or not to expect a relaxing experience. Your website promises a great relaxing experience, and you are not open with your customers about the real experience. My initial review: Massage was great, but overall experience has been negatively impacted by the non-stop noise (massage room is a few steps away from the shop, massage room is a part of the shop, there is no door, no noise isolation, so you hear customers coming into the shop, receptionist chatting with customers; at some point the baby was running and screaming). So, massage is good, but SPA experience overall is not

I have been here twice for a prenatal massage and both times have been hands down the best massage I have ever had in my life. Literally nothing is aching and I feel like a new person. Thank you so much Anu

Jivita Ayurveda are AMAZING!! I found Jivita as I wanted a birthday treat of an Ayurveda massage at a spa near me. After reading the Google reviews and perusing their detailed and helpful website I booked my massage with them. It was the best birthday treat ever! I will be back again very soon. Thank you to all the lovely talented staff at Jivita and especially Tilda, you made my day!

Really lovely place, clean, well-decorated, and relaxing. I’ve been here a few times for massages and had a different therapist every time. They’ve all been wonderful, Tilda in particular gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because after my last massage, I felt very rushed to vacate the room. I’ve gone to a number of different massage places over the years, and have always been told by the therapists at the end to “take your time getting up, don’t rush.” I don’t usually heed this advice, I usually get dressed very quickly, but this last appointment I had gone into with a lot of back pain, and afterwards felt like I needed a minute or two to stretch before getting dressed. While I was halfway through getting dressed, the therapist knocked and came in the room without waiting for a reply. She said I needed to leave because she had another client. I get that, I would never want to make someone wait, but this was at most 5 minutes after my appointment ended (I was out the door 8 minutes after the appointment, so it couldn’t have been any longer than that). It felt highly inappropriate and uncomfortable, standing there half-naked while she opened the door and made me feel bad for taking too long, and it really ruined how good I had been feeling post-massage. Massages aren’t exactly cheap, and to have my session end in that manner was really disappointing. If you only have a limited number of rooms, then you need to build a few extra minutes into the appointment time for people to dress or book appointments 10 or 15 minutes apart, not back-to-back so that you’re rushing people out the door. Overall, it’s a really nice place, and I’ll probably give it another try, but I was unfortunately a bit soured by this experience.

Absolutely incredible, definitely worth the money. I had a brilliant back massage and I feel incredible, I go a lot and they do a whole range of massages, a very professional team too, a big out shout out to Tilda who did my massage absolutely superb.
