I've just had a collection from Junkwize. I cannot rate their guys highly enough, both Daniel and Lukasz (and previously Andrei) had a friendly and happy attitude, got on with the job (which was a full van load) AND they had to carry the items up from basement to street level. We previously used a different company, their staff didn't have the above attitude -glad we moved over to Junkwize.

Emailed for a quote which was accepted this morning. Waste cleared by the end of the same day.....good service, would use again and reccomend.

Booked in a waste removal. Booked a day off work to be in. They claimed they would be there between 8-12. They didn't arrive, with no communication as to why. When we called back at 13:45 the woman said 'sorry, they didn't receive the email from their side'. And all they could do was apologise and do it within the next couple of hours. (after we had to leave). After disputing with the manger all we received was 10% off. I think this is bad customer service. Then they tried to charge more then they did last time. With less waste! Absolute do not recommend.
