Very rude and unprofessional staff. They fail to do their job properly and makes it look like costumers fault. I wanted to print out a few documents and even though I specifically said which pages i wanted to print, they printed out my documents wrong and also only one sided pages of 20 pages document. When i told him why didn’t you ask me if i want one sided or double sided print. He told me that it is an extra requirement and sounded very annoyed with me. Just because they charge printing per page. They were clearly trying to charge me extra money. Very unprofessional. Even though this place is very handy for Tooting, i rather go somewhere more far and get reasonable costumers service.Definitely never ever using their facilities again.

Very unprofessional and lazy staff. I went once to print and they told me to come back in half an hour. When I got back, one of the people working there, sent me to ask for it to his colleague. His colleague said: we are at a lunch break, come back at 3pm. All this made me waste time and it was unprofessional. I only needed to print a few pages and it would have taken them less than 5 minutes.
