A sports centre filled with all facilities and includes a swimming pool. What I like about this place the most Is the workout studio which is big and equipped With full size mirrors. This is my regular go to gym. And Chris does one of the best box fits classes On Sundays. Highly recommended for all beginners An intermediate alike. The only thing that needs working is really the toilets and the facilities. There, but they are constantly trying to make them better. It's still better than Swiss cottage in my opinion.

Fine 30m swimming pool with a proper deep end. Changing areas are pretty good. I'm curious where the 25m pool is located in the building. Extremely close to kentish town high street which is handy.

So good to be able to swim again. They're doing very well despite all the restrictions. It's a lovely pool and staff always friendly and helpful.

Love how organised the one way system is for swimming. It's great to be back in the pool! Only three, but wide, lanes for swimming, and they work soooo much better than the original five lanes! You must book in advance (seven days prior) to get a one hour slot, and the morning slots go within minutes, so set yourself a reminder! If you're not fussed about a set time to go swimming, you might be able to find available slots on the same day.
