So grateful that I choose your solicitor, Alyssia Jones to act on my behalf . I my paper sorted in less than two month from the application. Signed the contract with your office on May (quarantine time). Through the months Alyssia advised me for all the paperwork I needed as a proof, she suggested me to look for a register office because some Borough were open to give notice and get married (i live in hackney not opened that time) I give notice i got married and hackney still was closed. I got married on 12 September, alyssia sent an application to Home office on 23th of September and on 19 of November I was in the office of alyssia and got the residence card with work premited. It is unbelievable that less than two month and even during lockdown I got my residence card. Thank you so much for your service Alyssia and all the team for the best ever Christmas gift i received. Rude and incompetent receptionist. I wasn’t seen on time because they decided to go out for lunch during my appointment. A general lack of sensitivity or care. Charged 4X the amount quoted for simple signature-witnessing service. Will not be using again and would not recommend.
