Amazing from start to finish, cannot fault the staff from receptionists, to radiologists and the dentist themselves. Incredible work being done here especially during a pandemic. So patient and helpful, had a nasty wisdom tooth removal and felt completely comfortable throughout. Can't praise them enough, wish I could send a tip! These people need pay rises!

I am writing this review as you need to know that this is the best emergency dental service. After being in pin and agony for one week I had called at 8am and revived a call back by 9am and appointment for 10.30am. They had x-rayed and extracted two teeth by 2pm. I can’t believe that the people you pay and go to for many years can not help you at the time of need, push you back for a appointment 4 weeks in advance. People could die during that time! But kings college staff are extremely professional and dental staff and very experienced. Well done and thank you.

RUDE RUDE RUDE dental department receptionist. I don’t know if I was talking to a man or a woman as I couldn’t tell, but he or she was very rude. Made the assumption that everyone knows how their procedures are at the hospital with he/she’s condescending tone. If you’re not happy with helping people as a receptionist, you should really find another job where you don’t have to deal with people. Miserable cod.

I awoke on the morning of the 29.10.20 in incredible pain. I acquired an emergency appointment and was greeted at the hospital by a student nurse by the name of Emma , who was very gentle and supportive to me. My tooth extraction was conducted by Rebecca, supported by Katie. I’m not the best person when it comes to injections/extractions, however, Rebecca performed the procedure with kindness, comforting words and excellent professionalism. Thank you x

Emergency dental care non existent! I was refused care because of my post code and told to call another hospital! Upon calling the other hospital they are not operational for dental emergencies, upon calling back I was told to ring the same number back despite explaining there is no service and asking kings to help in this instance!!! The lady on the phone was rude and inflammatory the man hung the phone up on me! When calling back the lady said we would never hangs the phone up thus implying I’m fibbing, I informed her I heard the receiver slam down there is no way I was cut off by accident!!!! She continued to be unhelpful and rude. So I’m faced now with half a tooth two children to look after while crying and writhing in pain and no hope of help!!!! Even the dentist that called back wouldn’t help and again told me to ring the number I had already rung which had no service! Shocking treatment! Shame on you kings college!
