My wife and I would like to give a heart felt thanks to Kings for all they have done for us over the years and we will miss you all. The whole team always made us feel comfortable, kept us informed and tried their best to give us the best chance of success. We met several staff throughout our journey who were all consistently professional and caring. The new clinic is modern, spacious and comfortable. We are blessed to have a beautiful son and Kings will always have a special place in our hearts. For those who are trying, stay strong, be positive and keep believing.

I recently underwent treatment at King's Fertility and whilst my treatment last time around wasn't successful, this time it was and I'm now 22 weeks pregnant. I cannot fault the service that we were offered, from the lovely kind receptionists to the doctor who performed my last transfer, the whole team were great, very informative, kind and friendly. And their facilities are great, very nice indeed. I would highly recommend King's Fertility to any who needs a little bit of help.

I would highly recommend King's Fertility for treatments. I have been to 5 different London clinics over the years and King's is where I feel the best care was given. The consultations were thorough, the place is new and very clean (unlike some other reknown clinics in London) and the staff polite and welcoming.

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this service. The reception staff are impersonal and strict. My partner and I were not allowed to sit together while waiting for our consultation. He was allowed to wait in reception and I was told to go to the cafe downstairs (our appointments were 10 minutes apart) The consultation mocked me in front of a trainee, when I asked if my partner would need to take hormones too. He made some strange comment about there only being dinosaurs if men had to take hormones. Nothing's explained properly and then reception staff contradict each other on pricing and appointment information. When you ask any questions, they just churn out the same rehearsed answer from their scripts an impersonal, sterile attitude. Not actually reassuring when you're trusting this company with your body and pregnancy. On the plus side the anesthesiologist seemed sensitive, reassuring and informative, he allowed me to feel comfortable to ask as many questions as I liked. Considering the treatment is costing a minimum of 5000 they could do with being kinder and more sensitive to patients.

Doctors and Nurses are lovely but a clear written treatment plan was not provided. Felt very confused with each visit as each Doctor would say something different. A particular member of the admin staff is very rude and impersonal, considering the fact this person works in the health care industry, one would expect better bedside manners, as the services are not cheap either.

As an NHS patient I could not have expected better care. Faultless service throughout from the admin team/receptionists, doctors, nurses and embryologists. You are all doing an excellent job!

My wife and I went to Kings for IVF treatment and were delighted with the whole team. During the first consultation we were made to feel completely at ease. They took the time to listen to our situation, explain fully our options and were able to guide us through the process. We left with enough information to make an informed decision about the best route for us. When we were ready to start treatment the clinic was easily contactable so we could find out everything we needed to start with confidence. We had many visits to the clinic (which has a modern, clinical, yet comfortable feel) so we got to know a lot of the team , all of whom were friendly and professional. We truly felt welcome on every visit, they made a potentially very stressful process much easier. Our confidence in the team meant that we trusted them fully with our care. We would highly recommend King's Fertility Clinic for any couple.

Before you can even speak to anyone about the process, you need to pay 350 for a check up that includes a quite invasive procedure. First contact from them was all about money. When I asked if I could talk to someone before paying up, this was their response - You will need to pay over the phone to secure the booking I’m afraid. Doesn't seem to be the caring, sensitive clinic I am looking for. Very disappointing.
