Let me talk about their customer support first, simply one of the best there is, always answers your questions and provide good information I enrolled for PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner course The course leader was Michelle Rowland, a very knowledgeable and experienced person, I tend to lose focus during long sessions but Michelle’s interactive ways of leading sessions kept me there and let’s not forget her sense of humor which as she says “never gets any better” Definitely recommend Knowledge train if you are thinking of taking one of their courses

I took the combined Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner course last week and passed both, so am over the moon! It was an intense course at times but Susan made it fun at the same time somehow. I would recommend Knowledge Train for all aspects of training, they are well organised professionals dedicated to delivering successful training courses. Their ebooks and revision guidance are very clear and straightforward to follow. I would agree that one of the key differences with Knowledge Train over their competitors is their excellent admin and support staff, they're always more than willing to help you out whatever you ask them. Their MO is to ensure you are successful on the course and that you enjoy yourself. All in all.., I had a great time, and will defintiely book further courses with them in the future. Dave W

I am updating my review as the issues raised have now been resolved. In the past two days I have been contacted two times by Knowledge Train to help me resolve the problem which appears to have been one caused when using Safari browser. Since switching to Google Chrome, it's been working perfectly fine. I am happy now and thank Knowledge Train for their prompt response which is a reflection of their commitment to professional standards and great customer service. As for the content of the course, I am thoroughly enjoying it. It's of great quality, very well structured and makes it easy to learn.

I have completed the PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 practitioner Certification with Knowledge Train.I used their e learning material to complete the course. The eLearning materials are of highest quality and it explains the project management concepts beautifully with easy to understand examples. The e Learning is delivered in a very structured way and the delivery of the content is of utmost quality. I have interacted with the support team during the course of my learning and the support I received was exceptionally good and very professional. I would highly recommend knowledge Train to anyone who is wishing to take professional certifications and will highly recommend the PRINCE2 eLearning course material. There is a free demo available as a taster session in the website before you pay for the course. I was impressed by the demo and enrolled to the course. I am positive I will come back for more professional certifications with Knowledge Train.
