Little to no customer service. Since my initial consultation, I have had no update on whether a design has been put together nor what happens next. I have sent a follow-up[ email with no reply, and also called where I was told I'd get a call back and none came. Disappointed.

100% recommend - Shaf provided a seamless service, from start to end. My kitchen was designed, ordered and fitted with minimal stress or faff and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. Shaf spent a significant amount of time with me ensuring that the design was well-thought through (always providing impartial advice), functional, met my budget requirements and was aesthetically pleasing. also set me up with one of his trusted builders (Mario) to fit the kitchen and do some extra pieces of work that I required (I should add that I have never met such a clean and tidy tradesman!) I would honestly not waste time with the mainstream retailers when London Koncepts offers such a personalised, hands-on service locally at pretty much the same cost and at a far superior quality!
