TOURISTS TRAP!!!!! This place will charge you 12.5% for very bad service. I had to wait 30 minutes for the starters, more 22 minutes for the main dish. For a spoon, I had to run after the waiter, just because they were not paying attention to our table for few minutes. The food was ok. Pasta salmon came with maybe 60 gram of fish. Nothing more. The service will be served with the bill. No way to remove it and no manager is available to talk with. NEVER AGAIN. BAD VALUE FOR MONEY!

Appalling service - would give zero stars if this was an option. Taken here by my daughters as a birthday treat before theatre. We waited over an hour & half but still no food, despite only one other couple being in the restaurant when we arrived. Even though we left because they hadn't bothered cooking our food - in spite of reminders - we were still charged over 22 for 3 drinks & bread! Too late to eat elsewhere so had to go to theatre without eating. Ruined my birthday & didn't even get apology. Waiter barely spoke to us - very rude. He didn't write any orders down & got other people's orders mixed up. Despite extensive menu & daily specials board, we were told only TWO pastas available - spaghetti or penne (so why list several tagliatelle & tortellini dishes on specials board??). Two members of staff kept running their hands through the fresh pasta - without washing first - and one used a pen to spread the pasta. Tatty, basic & a bit grimy. Cold & drafty at the front of restaurant too. Avoid!

A really nice place where you can find the real Italian food. The location is clean and well located, the atmosphere is amazing. The staff as well is helpful and kind, especially the guy called Giuseppe. Tonight I spent my dinner at La Pastaia, the restaurant wasn't busy for the weather condition, I think, and me and my friend from Rome, we were eating our food meanwhile we were talking with the staff, like if you are at home. 100% recommended. Pasta with salmon and Antipasto Italiano are the best. See you soon
