The hubby and I stayed here whilst stopping through the Kensington area on our way to the Cotswolds. Highly recommended for the kind people running the place, the reasonable pricing and the central location. Walkable to Hyde Park and Harrods.

Stayed here for few months over the summer. The place is located at a good neighborhood and central location of the London. The rooms and common areas are clean enough. However, for the price, the food falls below average and the serving staff are often impolite. The place is also not equipped for summers because the windows don't open, no fans, and no A/C. Other issues to deal with were equipment breakage, sound pollution, and dirty washrooms (when all the rooms are full).

Best place in the world, I lived there two years, made a lot of friends from around the world, feel at home with family. I will come back!
